Words are very slippery. Wittgenstein has more than 30 pages, for example, on the word “pain.” What is pain? Can I tell what kind of pain you’re in? You can tell me, “I really am in extreme pain.” But is that necessarily “true”? Maybe you’re just trying to impress me.
