“Usually I try to make my mind as blank as possible. It’s not easy to do. It’s very hard. You sort of picture yourself in a movie theatre. And the minute an image comes on the screen, you wipe it off, so it’s blank. It’s very difficult to do. It’s sort of what’s supposedly achieved with the mantra.”
