You know, in the Scriptures it says, “In the beginning was the word.” No! In the beginning was emotion. The Word came later, replacing emotion like trot replaced gallop, while the natural law of the horse is gallop; it is forced to break into trot. Man was removed from emotional poetry and pushed into dialectics, in other words, splat- tering, isn’t that so?

Thought:

“Right when you begin to look at how hard and deep you can look at things, something thrusts at you from around a corner, through all the local differences you forget until he remembers their ordinary, beautiful distortion.”
